whats goin on pit? ive been looking at gering into working out at home but i dont have and exercese equiptment or weights. for those of you who workout at home with no equiptment can you suggest me what i can do? like push ups, situps etc and how many. or is there a site that can suggest what i can do each week and increase the number of what i do each week?
Squat thrusts and crunches?
4 mins of running (constant) in the garden to loosen up, stretch of all the basic muscles, then 100 situps, 50 crunches, 100 lunges, 50 squats. I do that at Jiu Jitsu twice a week, plus doing it a few times a week at home, great workout, and only lasts about 15 mins, but it's still intense.
