I tried to Google it for you, but from what I can tell they don't sell pickguards for the Soundgear. You'll either have to make one yourself or modify one from a different bass. You can get the material from various guitar building sites and then cut it out to a shape you fancy.

One of the reasons I chose an Ibanez because of the absence of a pickguard.

Is there such a thing as a heavy riff with out chugging on the e string?

Soundgears don't have a pickguard, you will have to get a custom one if you want it. I suggest you ask around for a local luthier and ask him to do it for you.

You would need to take measurements to have someone build you a pickguard for it.

I build pickguards and could help you out but I would require you to be very accurate with your measurements.
