I have a Yorkville guitar cable and it doesnt sound too great should I get a new one? And which one should I get I can probley get up to a 30$ cable.

Are you sure it's the cable and not your guitar, amp or effects?

People always tell me I solo like Zakk Wylde. Thats how I know that I suck.

Well Its an okay cable I guess Im just wondering if anyone else had one and got a new one.
#5
Well what exactly doesn't sound good? It could be something simple like EQing. What guitar, amp and effects do you have?

When I first started playing, I used a nondescript no name instrument cable. it was horrible, there was alot of noise.

Yes, it will defintiely make a difference. Get a brand name cable, like Monster or that DiMarzio one. it will be worth what you pay.

Ideally monster is better, they have a HUGE reputation with quality cables. But they do come with a bigger price tag.

No experience with the dimarzios, but it would definitely be better than what you have now.

Dimarzios are great.

I would go with Dimarzio, less expensive but good quality.
