Halo, everyone.

Looking through the pages of pessimism and self-loathing in the "Least favourite thing about yourself" thread, I thought I'd do what I usually do and make a thread in response.

What's the greatest complement you've ever received? One that really made you feel SPECIAL*
*not special like the special olympics or like Epiphone and Gibson's Special guitars.

One of my friends told me that I was different to anyone they'd ever met. Although that wasn't intended as an insult or a complement, I took it that way. It was actually very nice to hear, considering the fact that I'd hate to be judged as a clone of someone.

So, what nice things have been said about you? Brag all you want.

Um..... everyone always said they loved my hair. But I cut it all off now so I've got nothin.
#3
one of my teachers said that my smile could light up any room -

that's the one I can think of of the top of my head.

then there's my gf saying I always know just what to say to cheer her up

Now you can be "The Guy formerly known as The Guy with nice hair"

Or simply "The Guy". I'd proudly wear that title.

one night years and years ago i went to a friends house and candy flipped w/ 2 friends (ate some acid and X) i started playing guitar and after 4 hours i stopped to smoke a cigarette and my 2 friends freaked out saying "WTF!?!?! WHY DID YOU STOP!?!?!" i told them i needed to smoke a cig and joint and they told me "ok make it quick you have to finish that song" so i picked it up and played for about another 3 or 4 hours after that and they just sat there and listened the whole time completely entranced in what i was playing.

its now about 10 years later and they still say it's the best thing they've ever listened to in their life.

I received two compliments from two male mates on the same day which were odd.

'Craig, your eyes look like delicious hot chocolate brownies'

'Jesus Craigo! For someone who drinks beer as much as you, your ass is really firm'

I've also been referred to as a 'fountain of knowledge' and 'oozing of genius' and got asked if someone could carry my babies.

List goes on, I only bothered posting the ones that made me laugh.

I get lots and lots of 'You smell nice' and I also get tons of compliments on my hair. Sometimes by people I don't even know.

Also when people like my songs that I record and compliment me on them it really makes me feel good My friend said that he wanted to buttfuck me because of a song that I wrote... I don't know if that's a good thing

Oh and Don on this site (Jackal58) really enjoys my guitar playing He thinks I'm gonna be famous Oh Don, if I am famous, I'm coming to Michigan and playing a show for you. You can come backstage if you want.
