what is a good example of some classical guitar music that is not too hard to play? I love hearing it, but i honestly don't know where to even start to look for some.

Try some studies and etudes. Some composers that wrote a lot of them were Sor, Giuliani, Carcassi and Carruli.

Another option is for romanticism. Tarrega is a great composer. Look at Lagrima and Adelita.

Hmmm, without a teacher or an academy I would say it is kind of hard to find easy classical pieces to start learning....
There are some author which made lots of studies, like Carulli, Sor, Coste, and some other guys...
YOu may find some easy Etude or piece by more famous guitarists like Tarrega Lobos, etc, but I would say it is harder to find...
