The song on my profile is a recording done by my duo, called Union City. It was all done on garageband with each track a separate take through a sennheiser microphone. Please tell me what you think, we haven't gotten much feedback.

This is a nice little song. The chord progression, melody, and lead is all well written. Your vocalist has a pretty good voice too. The quality and mix are okay, but there is some room for improvement.

I feel like this song could be a lot better if you put some more into it. A solid bass line would definately help get more of a groove going on. For some strange reason I'm thinking piano would go well with this. Nothing fancy, just chords to accentuate your chord changes.

Keep up the good work!

Thanks guys.

Yeah, the chimey guitars over the chorus were conceived as a piano line, but our piano skills are pretty atrocious so it became a guitar part. That's a good point about the bass line, though. Some counterpoint would help a lot.
