I'm currently tabbing out one of my band's songs on Guitar Pro 4, and there is a section in it with a gallop (triplets), and I'm not quite sure how to get it to sound right. As of right now, it just sounds like alternate picking through the whole thing.

Anybody care to help out?

A gallop, by definition, is an eighth and two sixteenths. Da-dada Da-dada Da-dada Da-da.

quite easy

don't use triplets

tab like so:

---0------0-----0-----0-----0-----0-
16th 16th 8th 16th 16th 8th

and your problems are solved

Yep, it's not a triplet.

...modes and scales are still useless.
