My school's just bought a near new ibanez gio (from the jumpstart pack, with the strat/rg type setup. I've lowered the action a bit, restrung it, given it a bit of a clean, and tried tightening up the truss rod a bit, since it's got a bit of a forward bow in the neck.

However, that's not what i'm worried about.

Upon looking along the strings, down the neck, the bass side of the neck is bent up more than the left. It does not appear to affect playability, but I am wondering if there are any possible fixes other than reshaping the wood. As for placing a shim in the neck pocket, I can do that at a later date if the need arises.

Since it doesn't appear to affect playability anyway, should I even bother trying to fix it?
