I don't speak Arabic fluently but know a bit and know quite a few people who do and have no clue what you're talking about.

Ok im all up for racism when its called for, but im actualy interested on the name of this hand gesture, ive went online and found a description of the gesture but so far no name.

" By holding the fingers in a pear shaped configuration with the tips pointing up at about waist level and moving the hand slightly up and down signals "wait a little bit" or "be careful. " This gesture can be observed extensively when driving in the crowded streets of the Arab cities. In such a locale, it may be accompanied by curses from an anxious taxi driver or a pedestrian trying to cross the street."

Any1 who has been 2 an arab country will hav seen this gesture all over the place

Ahlan, sudeiki/sudeikati!
Adarus lugrah Al-Arabiyya fii aljameat, wa ana la arif al-ima'a.

Translation:

Hello, friend.
I study Standard Arabic in college, and I don't know this gesture. I know that holding up your left hand is an insult, since that's the hand they whipe with, and that showing the bottom of your foot is the height of rude.

I also know that our a-ok gesture is a crude reference to a woman's sensitive parts.

However, I haven't seen the one you speak of. Send me a pm so I am sure to keep easy access to who it is that's asking, and I'll ask one of my Saudi friends the next time I see them.
Classifieds mod said this didn't count as trying to sell anything, I'll say it here:

If you're looking to be able to take credit cards in-person (not over the internet where paypal will work), pm me and I can hook you up with the stuff you need.
