Valveking100 Guitar Amplifier Head.
And Suprizing enough i actually liked the tone he got out of it (My Amp Just Cant Compete To My Rythymn Guitarists Dual Rectifier)
So Im thinking i will get that as a head but i need help deciding a cabinet and maybe an overdrive if you think i need one...
Tones I Enjoy -
Dream Theater
At The Gates
Death
Decapitated
Meshuggah (Mostly obZens tone)
Necrophagist (OoP in poarticular)
Price Tag Range -
Well the Heads Around 500
And After Selling my amps And pickups...
I should have approx 800$ total.
This Meaning not much for a cabinet, And Im gigging mind you.
300 - 400 dollars would be acceptible.
My Band Is A cross between MeloDeath, Technical Death, And Just Good ol Deathmetal.

Your Input Is Very much Appreciated.

Ok, if you're set on the VK then you'll need a nice cab to realise it's potential. Something like this ought to do you nicely: http://guitars.musiciansfriend.com/product/Marshall-1936-2x12-Cabinet?sku=482776

EDIT: Sorry, saw that your budget was 800$ for the whole thing, try this instead: http://guitars.musiciansfriend.com/product/Randall-Valve-Dynamic-G3-Series-R212CX-160W-2x12-Guitar-Extension-Cabinet?sku=601086

Haven't tried one but people rave about how good they are for the price.
Gear!:

Epiphone G400
Marshall JCM 800 4211 Combo
Karmer Forum III
Schecter Stiletto Deluxe 5
Holden Graphic something bass amp? (eh it's 300 watts!)
Some sort of 1x15 cab.

How many speakers you have doesn't matter when it comes to gigging volume, it's wattage. And to some extent the quality of the speakers. If you want to cut through in the mix, boost your mids, or just turn up. All you're going to get with a 4x12 cab is slightly more bass response, which isn't balanced out by the amount of labour you have to do lugging the thing around. Trust me, your back will thank me later.

I have quite a sturdy back...
I call it my drummer.
But luls aside I might get the VK used off ebay so theres always a bit of leaning room.
Im now officialy giveing you up to 500$ of stratching distance kind sir im not sure what that can get me but what the hell.

And also about the avatars.....
Are those kindly suited torwards my tone bracket?Ive always charictorized them as more a fender type cabinet.

^Well as far as I'm aware (I'm British :|) Avatar are custom ordered to whatever you want them to be. But don't quote me on that

OK, 500$ that's a nice budget for a cab. If you're set on a 4x12 I can recommend this:

http://guitars.musiciansfriend.com/product/Randall-RS125CX-2X12-1X15-Speaker-Cabinet?sku=601011

OK, it's not strictly a 4x12, but the 15" speaker on the bottom sure gives it the same effect! Good quality speakers, decent quality construction.

And here's a nicer 2x12:

http://guitars.musiciansfriend.com/product/Basson-B212-Guitar-Cabinet?sku=609701

Please don't pay attension to the garbage they have written about "subtle resonant qualities that minimize sound coloration." Thats BS. But I have heard this cab in action and it doesn have more bass response than a lot of other 2x12, including my own.
