For the last month or so ive been trying to decide on what amp i should by but cant decide. I have about 300 quid and want preferably a 30 watt valve amp. I have considered the Laney VC30, the Sound City SC-30C, the Peavey Valve King 112 or getting a bigger vox (probably 100 watt). Which of these do you think is the best and what else would you suggest?

Thanks in advance,

Matt

Abit of everything. mainly classic rock such as queen, AC/DC and that sort of thing but i also play alot of muse. I plan to buy a Vox Tonelab LE after the amp though.

VC30 + Tonelab = should sound quite good. VC series can take pedal nicely IMO.
