well today was my 19th birthday and my brother and his girlfriend made me the most awesome cake ever, it was in the shape of my Spector. They came over to my house and traced by bass and made a cake out of it!

and I modded my Lyon LB-40 tonight as well, threw in a somewhat non traditional killswitch

pics

before

next to it is my killswitch pedal, I basicly just put it into the bass

After

That cake is godly. Was it the same exact size as the bass?

Also, nice job with the killswitch. Not bad cosmetically for such a [potentially] awesome mod.

that cake is awesome. what kind was it?

if it's double chocolate fudge I'm gonna run all the way to Alabama and grab a slice.

I remember on my 15th birthday, my mom made me a cake, exactly to scale, of Les Claypool's Rainbow Bass.

It tasted like crap, but it looked extremely awesome.

I wish my loved ones would make musically shaped cakes for me, that's awesome. Kind of makes me want to go play some Cake basslines.

lol, that's what I thought the thread was about, Cake basslines.

That's quite an awesome cake, and an act of love.

You can see where the neck supposedly "ends" at the body, so I'd hazard a guess and say its more likely to be SN than anything.

Could be BO though.

That's cute, I like it.

My parents made me a cake that was a Thunderbird, but the neck dive caused the cake to flop right off the table and land on its delicious cakey headstock.

I was looking at a used Warwick Vampyre LTD 5'er for about $200. I went home to grab my wallet and came back and some jerk with an epic beard got it already..
