hey, my bands just about to start gigging and I need a good, cheap amp for gigging. My budget is around £300. Could somebody recommend me a good amp?

I've looked at this amp and i'm wondering if it is good enough:

people say that low-end GK is pretty bad

but thats just what iv heard

my suggestion save up and get this:

and then if you want you can add another cab to get 307w of power

Good enough in what sense? Quality I've heard good and bad things. Power-wise, really depends on what your guitarists use and how loud your drummer is.

£ or $?
You say £300. Then you post a link to musicians friend?
And yeah what are your guitarists using?

I think you need to stop caring what people think about it. I stayed home all day today and masturbated like 5 times. Fucking blast.

I should have the money for that in a couple of weeks, but I want to ask are laney bass amps good because i've played my guitar through their guitar amps before and it was good quality, but what about this? http://www.guitarampkeyboard.com/en/rb-8/69087

well laneys are really great quality/price, the tone is really versatile, not my favorite tone, but it is versatile, you can go wrong with laney RBs IMO, but i would go with a hartke myself
