Right now i have a rack tuner and a rack sonic maximizer.

Id like to add a power conditioner, and possibly a better noise suppressor.

Would my best bet be a 3 space rack then just stick a isp decimator infront for my noise reduction, or would a rocktron hush rackmount unit be just as good and get a 4 space rack?

I'd get the 3 space rack and buy the ISP Decimator G String which is (imo) almost as good as the rack version but much cheaper.

Consider whether or not you will ever be bypassing the noise reduction. I've often found myself sold short if I need ridiculous feedback when using rackmount noise reduction. Effectively bypassing a rackmount noise reduction system means buying a switching system. Otherwise it's way simpler to just have everything stuffed in the rack.
