Hey,
I'm trying to nail my chord theory and I need some help,
I mainly need to know how you 'define' (if thats the right word) an augmented chord and a diminished chord.
For example:
I have C major - which is 1 3 5...then you have C dominant 7 which is 1 3 5 b7
i need the answer like that if possible...

I hope this makes sense...thanks!

also...i was sure of this...but no longer
what is the seventh chord with the triangle above it?
I was pretty sure that C^7 is c major 7
and C7 is c dominant 7
is that right?
