I'm a new guitarist, and I've got a Tanglewood TSE-705 anyway recently I took my guitar in for repair since 2 of the strings had broke because of a problem on the bridge, the shop had told me that the screws were too long for the guitar and they checked their stock and sure enough they were all the same. Now my guitar seems to be having the same trouble again the strings are rattling against the screws that hold the bridge in, does anyone have any idea on how I can solve this.

Sorry if its a bit vague, I don't know much about guitaring just yet ><
cut the srews lenght, chop a few millimeters?i dunno, just a suggestion
