okay. i think i got it mostly down. so i put them in order like this:
amp, wah, overdrive, chorus, phaser, guitar. (correct me if i'm wrong)
now i need to know where a tuner goes and where a noise reduction goes. do i reduce the noise of the guitar itself or the guitar and all of the effe3cts combined?
thnaks for the help

its all about how you like the sound.

but tuner goes first (since you want to measure a clean signal) and noise gates last or in fx loop

For me, a tuner would be the first pedal i would plug into honestly. Thats exactly what i do. I have a A/B Y box thingy on my board, but my guitar goes into my tuner first and then into the box.

Technicaly I "bitch owned" both you but whose counting...

the bassist from rage has his wah last and delay first so you can truely do that way it's down to what sounds best to you.
