"The sum of the third and twice the first of three consecutive odd integers is 49. Find all three consecutive odd integers."

How would you write this as an algebraic expression with one variable...
these are quite tough to me.

2x + (x+4) = 49


edit: (x+4) is the third number. If you solve for x, you can then just add 2 and 4 to it to get the second and third numbers.
