Hey all, I'm sitting here on my computer on what seems to be the end of Summer. Tomorrow is the last day before football starts and that means I will be too tired to do much. In order to enhance the last day of Summer I am going to play all my favorite bands that remind me of Summer/have a Summer kinda vibe. I'm not going to only be playing ska/punk bands but primarily I'm going to be playing:
The Adicts
Andrew W.K.
The Aquabats
The Bouncing Souls
Gogol Bordello
Less Than Jake
Minor Threat
Nofx
Operation Ivy
Rancid
Reel Big Fish
Screeching Weasel
The Specials
Streetlight Manifesto
Sublime
We Are The Union

Yes, I did go through my iTunes to look at all the bands and put them in alphabetical order.

So UG p0nx what are some of your favorite Summer bands/songs?

The Exploding Hearts are great.

Summertime sees an increase in pop-punk listening for me. Generally more upbeat or relaxed music do it for me.

My music taste isn't based on the weather.

Really there are some bands/songs I can only listen to at night.

I can only listen to Monk when it's rainy or it's night for instance.

Or when I'm in a particular mood.

I love Monk.
