I wanna change the strings on my guitar from Ernie Ball hybrids to some .11's. Will this do any damage to my guitar or anything?

Any time you change string gauges, it adds or removes tension (thicker = more tension) from the neck and changes the relief. You'll need to have the truss rod tightened or loosened to compensate.

what was the original gauge on your guitar?

if your only moving from like 10's to 11's adjustment probably wont be necessary (assuming the guitar was first set up for 10s)

hmm my guess is that you'd be safe (even 9's isnt too big a jump) but it doesnt hurt to be careful.

after you have your stings on, what you want to do is check the amount of relief you neck has. the worst that could happen is that your neck has a bit too much bow and you'll have to tighten your truss rod

heres a basic rundown: http://www.fretnotguitarrepair.com/trussrods.htm
for more info just google "adjust truss rod" or something like that
