Jerry C mainly uses a Fender American Deluxe Strat with a DiMarzio Fast Track 2 on the bridge.
He also has another Fender Japan Strat with a Seymour Duncan JB Jr. on the bridge.

This. It's just an ESP strat with humbuckers in it, I'm going to hazard a guess and say he probably uses either Dimarzio evolutions, but don't quote me on that.

Anyway, owning his guitar won't make you play like him. I never buy guitars based on who has used them, but rather on how much I actually like them. For example, lot's of my favorite metal players use Jackson RR3's, but I've always maintained that the only Jacksons that I would own are either a soloist, a RR5, or a RR24.
