I've been playing a while, and I've noticed when I play fast I put my left heel up. how do I stop this habit?

maybe its just your foot saying slow down and go the musical speed limit

good luck stopping it. We all have little things that we do while we play

erm, i dont like avocadoes, either, they taste bad and make a mess when you accidentally hit one with a guitar...well, i would - imagine - they would, anyway...you know, because, theyre...squishy inside...and...stuff...

I dont know why you need to stop it unless it is bothering you. But if you really want to then just play a song that you know by heart and focus on keeping your heel down and progressively begin playing it faster while still keeping your heel down. Good Luck with your odd heel. :-)

put your left heel down instead

I doubt it really matters... if you're upset by it, try moving about the stage a bit... monitors were invented to put your feet on, you know... try that
