any one want to reccomend me a set of passive pickups for a mohagany bodied Ibanez?

I really want clarity, and brightness. I dont want muddy at all, I love VanHalens tone as far a bright ness but id be using a bit more gain than VH at times.

My Generes are Hard rock, classic rock, blues, metal, and shred ( in that order )

I dont really care what brand the Pups are, they just have to be decent.

Whereabouts do you live?

Bareknuckle? They have a "VH" model.

D Sonic is pretty high output for Hard Rock, I would think. Maybe try a Seymour Duncan Custom, or Custom Custom, or Custom 5, or maybe a Pearly Gates or something in that vein.

d sonic is high output, but it is very versatile and sounds great clean and distorted

you could go for Duncan Custom 5/Jazz combo or Dimarzio Evolutions.
Ibanez RG321MH (Air Classic/Tone Zone)
Fernandes Telecaster (Twang King/stock bridge pickup)
Blackstar HT-20 (Scumback 55 speaker/ Tung Sol tubes)
TC Electronic Nova Repeater
Lava Cables Clear Connect, Soar and Mini ELC

If you want a real VH tone, use two Seymour Duncan '59s. Best set for his tone, surprising considering how cheap they are.
