ok....i actually emailed keeley and told them everything I was interested in. they said the Mod Plus would be best on my TS9 for what i wanted. they said it's supposed to clean up better with the volume down and have more gain onboard.

should i do it? anyone else tried any keeley mods or this one in particular?

thanks in advance!

you can learn how to do it yourself and it will only cost you maybe $5 in parts.
but you need to know how to solder/have a soldering iron.

EDIT: I looked and keeley charges 59 bucks for it, you can probably find someone on UG to do it cheap if you ask around.

No contest

I'm wondering though where can you find instructions/schematics to do this?

I know there are component lists for the keeley DS1 but idk about the TS9. but it is probably an upgrade to higher quality parts. to get more gain, lower the resistor from the feedback loop to ground i think.
