3rd year since the last time I had the cold/flu.

Things you need to start doing:

1. Drop sugar
2. Get sunlight
3. Exercise for at least 30 minutes a day
4. Get proper sleep
5. Stop being emotionally unhappy
6. Eat only vegetables, fruits, and meat


There, fixed. Of course there is tons more to be TOTALLY healthy, but that should start you on a good track.
