Okay, so my guitar teacher taught me this weird thing today; basically playing a scale with major chords in the C form.

for example,

Cmaj7
Dmin7
Emin7
Fmaj7
G7
Amin7
Bmin7b5
Cmaj7

so because i've been mostly piecing together these chords on my own, i was just wondering whether i put them together right. sorry if this is all confusing.

|0--------5--------------12--|
|0--3--5--5--8---10--12--12--|
|0--5--7--5--10--12--12--12--|
|2--3--5--7--9---10--12--14--|
|3--5--7--8--10--12--14--15--|
|----------------------------|

You've put the chord scale togehter right. Though your Bmin7b5 is wrong.

Lol This is similar to one of the things I was studying today.
Except I was constructing each chord within one form (pattern, box shape whatever you call it).

I used the 4th Form and came up with this...

Major Scale Form 4
(numbers represent scale degree i.e. root note = 1)
|-7-|-1-|---|-2-|
|---|-5-|---|-6-|
|-2-|---|-3-|-4-|
|-6-|---|-7-|-1-|
|-3-|-4-|---|-5-|
|-7-|-1-|---|-2-|

Major Scale Diatonic 7th Chords.
Notes in bold are root notes for each chords.
Notes in brackets are optional.
When using optional fingering be sure each scale degree is still used at least once.
Unlike most chord charts the numbers here represent major scale degrees not fingering.
You can work out the fingering yourself I'm sure.

                                                                  |(7)|---|---|---|
I am working through all the diatonic triads and seventh chords in each of the 5 forms of the CAGED system.

EDIT: Your Bm7(b5) could also be
|----|
|-10-| A
|-10-| F
|-12-| D
|-14-| B
|----|
Si
