I want to get a new electric guitar. I have been wanting a Fender Strat but i want to play like some metal like Trivium and a little of Megadeth so i want to get the EMG 81/85 combo.

Would i be able to install the EMGS in it?

Oh yah and any good brands that are good for EMGS would be good too

there's no point in getting a strat and then putting emgs in it

just buy a strat-shaped guitar with emgs allready in it, like a schecter

EDIT: im not sure, but i think the wood for Fenders is a bit light, and the body's pretty thin anyway, so the tone might not be as good. Plus, Fender guitars are overpriced

You CAN play anything with anything....but some guitars sound right for some things, and not for others. Single coils sound retarded for metal, though those who are apeshit about harpsichord probably beg to differ.
