Well guys I checked out the amps you guys suggested (Diezel, Splawn, Bogner, VHT, Rivera, Soldano) but they all seem a little expensive. Whats the best amp for metal I could get thats equal to or less than 600 dollars?

^I'd let a pro look at it. Once you get into the technicalities of screws...well, it's just a place you don't want to be, friend.

^On that same note, look at all the amps you like used to make sure you can't afford them that way.
