When he demonstrates the first portion of the lesson, the pull offs, I can do this very slowly (I fumble around trying to get to the next string using only pull offs) but the second portion which (at least i think) is nothing but hammer-ons, I can do this.

Basically, I need some tips on learning how to pull off efficiently and quickly.
