I'm torn between choices. I wanted strictly a hard-hitting riff metal guitar so I was going to buy the Phil Demmel King V Signature but then my friend told me about MAB's signature guitar and now I'm just not sure anymore, they are both pretty much in the same price range, and they both have amazing sounds. I play stuff along the lines of KsE, LoG, Silent Civilian, BFMV, and stuff like that.
Here's a link to the MAB-1
http://www.gearhounds.com/browseproducts/DEAN-MICHAEL-ANGELO-BATIO-MAB-1-ARMORFLAME-ELECTRIC-GUITAR-WITH-CASE.HTML

and Heres the Jackson Demmel Link

Any help would be appreciated, I'm just really confused at this point.

Thanks!

Demmelition. The MAB is designed more for shreddy 50000NPS stuff, the Demmelition is made for metal style leads and rhythm.

You CAN play anything with anything....but some guitars sound right for some things, and not for others. Single coils sound retarded for metal, though those who are apeshit about harpsichord probably beg to differ.

I have never even seen MAB use the Armorflame...

I've seen the MAB in person at Sam Ash...it looks absolutely incredible, not to mention original floyd rose, EMG's, it looks like it has really nice fret access, but dont know how thin or thick the neck is as I only saw the guitar up front.
