im learning the solo sweet child of mine and im practicing the prebend parts but im not sure how can i increase my speed


the problems i got right now
if i prebend to fast i make the noise when i bend the string even if i dont hit it i can hear the bend
i cant help it but i kind of stutter kind of stop for 2 secs everytime i going to hit string string after i bend it


any tips or advice is appreciated

Anyway, I'm not exactly sure how fast it needs to be or anything, but you could try muting the string with your right hand, then bending it quickly.

ahh thanks alot i forgot something so simple it helps out alot

but another thing i wish i could get rid of is the little noise i get when i touch the next string with the bend or when i release it any tips i know im supposed to use the left hand on this case but how do i got about stopping the noise?

Honestly, shut the fuck up.

TS: In addition to right hand muting, you might also try using your left hand. For example, hold the bend with your middle and ring fingers and lay your index finger across all the other strings in front of the bend to mute them.
