I found an old bluegrass banjo of mine earlier and am trying to play some stuff.

Any ideas of good banjo songs that are tabbed for a 6 string?

I think there's a banjo tab on here of Feist's "1234"

Roughly how much are Banjos?

these are bluegrass banjos. They are tuned and played like a 6 stirng guitar but look and sound like a banjo. Its a cheat but good fun to play

Why does it having six strings and being in guitar tuning make it a "bluegrass banjo"? The banjos used in bluegrass are typically real 5-string banjos, not those stupid banjotars or guitjos or whatever. The only band I can think of that uses a guitar-banjo thingy is Old Crow Medicine Show and they aren't even a bluegrass band.

Download his self titled album and Flight of the Cosmic Hippo. I swore to myself that I was going to learn banjo after watching the first video, but I have yet to get on that.

That first video is one of my favorite songs of all time.

Have you heard his stuff with Abigail Washburn & The Sparrow Quartet? It's fantastic.

No, but I'll search for them to see if anything with Bela Fleck comes up. I downloaded a massive Bela Fleck discography a few months ago, and all I listen to is his stuff with the Flecktones and Chris Thile.
