If I use a sharpies to design a shirt on a blank, white undershirt, will it come off in the wash? Will it fade? If so, how can I get it to stay permanent or for a long time? Thanks

It'll fade, you just have to keep doing it.

Get some fabric markers. They're meant for that kind of stuff.

How can I seal it?

Hairspray works for pastilles on paper. It won't work on a shirt. You just got one step closer.

Sharpie will be a while to wash it out.
