Check out G major scale. You can also play the E minor scale since it's got the same notes as the G major scale - i think.

Jut solo in G major. Except the A7 is out of key, so you might have to stray from the key a bit if you want to avoid a dissonant sound.

Well the A7 is the V chord of the V (D7) in the key of G, so technically it's fine. But it does present a problem for soloing.

Basically you play your G major scale over everything but the A7, and for that you'd play A Mixolydian. Although, if the change from A7 to D7 is very VERY quick, you can probably just get away with G major.
