i asked a simular question a while back but i thought id narrow it down cause i didnt really find any thing i liked..... anyways who are some good french artists (maybe indie or alternative, metal even rap possibly??? i dunno just somethign that sounds interesting)

there are a bunch dude....i don't know for those styles but you should check out these guys:

- Les Cowboys Fringants (great band that has a touch of country)
- Vincent Vallieres (very good artiste)
- Kaïn (great guitarist)
- Mononc Serge (Pretty heavy)
- Tricot Machine (Great Pianist)
- eXterio( yup that's how we write there name)
- Trois gars su'l sofa ( funny, it's only acoustique guitar and bass, no drums!)
- etc...

Those are all Quebec bands that I like but there are many more!

those are just suggestions i dont really care but last time i asked this all i got was these gay bands that sounded like **** so i thought i would point people in a certain direction

well when i asked before it was a more languages i didnt really specify french so i got like really starnge japaneses stuff and like indian music i dont even know it was crazy

hmm, I've got some stuff by a french band called Blut Aus Nord

black metal, I'm usually not a fan but they make it reasonably interesting
