*Lurks*

I find this topic relevant to my interests.

I, too, am looking for the price range of floor tickets to a Metallica show in December.

(Ticketmaster is useless as of now)

I fourth this.

A friend told me that he heard 130-170, but Im not sure how refutable this claim is, or for what seats those prices are for.

Last time they came to my town, twas 40$ for the cheapest seats.
I would imagine anywhere from 50-100+ for the better/best ones.

Looking forward to the concert. I wonder how Phil Anselmo of Down will react to being back in Columbus....

The upcomming ones start at 90 USD. That'll be for crappy seats.

Be prepared for ~200 if you want the pit.

woah, seeing Metallica is more than 2 of my ****ing amps.

I can't afford $90, let alone $200!!!

Considering Maiden floor tickets we're $90, and Priest floor tickets $70, I'd say anywhere from 50-60 for tickets. I saw Megadeth twice, both times I was in the pit, and tickets were $50.

It's what I call the "Metal standard," and if you have ticket prices above those bands, you better be A: Black Sabbath, or B: Black Sabbath.

My friends went to Gigantour and the tickets were $50 for teh pit.

Why would Metallica cost more than four epic bands all playing the same show?

Because they're Metallica...

But why $100?

That's Fking ridiculous

Because metal noobs think that Metallica are gods and Metallica thinkings that god serves them?

I would choose going to Gigantour over Metallica any day.

I imagine probably 30-40 dollars for cheapest seats. Who cares if you get pit tickets? Just move your way in. If it's an arena show though, you can easily move your way closer. Security sometimes just doesn't give a ****.
