Well that depends on what you want to do. Your amp is good for anything but medium-sized gigs on up. Unless you really need lots of power, get the Schecter.

An Epiphone Les Paul is a solid enough guitar. Personally I think you should first upgrade your amp (and please not the valveking, you can do better) and then upgrade the pickups in your Epiphone if you still want to improve your tone. What style do you play?

I'm no expert but if your looking for a better sound then the amp will help you the most but a new guitar will be easier to play and inspire you to play more. I'd get the amp unless your satisfied with your sound now. I wouldn't get a valveking though, you can get better for the price.

your LP is better than your amp.
So amp first.

jazz/blues/metal/grindcore/etc

In that case, I definitely don't recommend the Valveking. I always say this, but if you like Peaveys a Classic 30/50 and an OD works well. The cleans are great for jazz, a little gain is awesome for blues, and a pedal can take you to metal and beyond.

But, if you're satisfied with your tone go for the guitar. After all, you want to play something that feels good.

I dont wanna open a new thread so i ask here.

I have a ****ty Squier Bullet strat (around 150$) and a Roland Microcube.

A new amp or a new git would be the bigger boost to my tone? (i know probably both cos both of them are shyte )

You're hijacking the thread. But if you're gigging, get a new amp and if not get a new guitar.
