GRIM REAPER. They're one of the best NWOBHM bands. Just behind Maiden and Def Leppard.

Pantera - Power Metal album! No-one's heard this but it's really a hidden gem for anyone who just digs heavy metal.

The Loved Ones- Punk Rock
With Blood Comes Cleansing (I dont know how big they are)- Metal/Death
HiFi Handgrenades- Punk

btw Amber Pacific, The Hives and Freezepop are pretty well known, 2 of them being in GH and RB

Aww man! You got to it before I did. I love Grim Reaper. Don't fear the Reaper!

Terasbetoni - Finnish heavy metal band that's a combination of Dio and Manowar.
Malice - An 80s metal band that didn't become very popular.
Iommi - Most people probably haven't heard any of Tony Iommi's solo albums.

Týr.

Progressive/Folk Metal band. Friggin' awesome. Some of the best vocals I've heard in a metal band.
