Acoustic Rock in Amin/dorian, with a 16th note third feel, just sort of grooves along at about 90 bpm.

Green and white water, cuts the air razor sharp.
Yet the smooth motion doesn't need as many turns in the take,
The ride in the end leads me back to the break.

Remember the days long ago
Do you remember how happy we were
Now we're just running from fear all the time
But we used to just sit and watch the sunrise

We sat beneath the tree late one August day
The sun beating down all around, yet the shield of the shade took its place in the name
D.t.S. down the Jersey Shore

Remember the days long ago
Do you remember how happy we were
Now we're just running from fear all the time
But we used to just sit and watch the sunrise

---- I might add another verse later but this is just an attempt at putting words to a song I'm working on. Personally, the music is more important, and I've put more work into it, but unless I come up with a good vocal part it'll be a waste of a song. Anyway, comment please, add any thoughts, opinions, and don't be afraid to tell me if it's flat out awful.
