I know that the Blackout and the EMG's have the same "quick connect" system. SO I was wondering.... is there a way to use a Blackout in the bridge with my EMG 60 with just switching the 81 in the bridge out with the Blackout? That simple?

Electric - you plug it into a power outlet in the wall and the music comes from little speakers in the guitar.

as far as i've heard, yes. make sure the quick connect wires can actually fit perfectly, with no forcing required.

call the manufacturer to make sure, it's the simplest way to find out.

they did make the thing, afterall

My current setup in my explorer is an emg 60 neck with a blackout metal in the bridge. It works fairly well. Of course the emg metal is way more output than a 60 but I can deal with that using channel settings.
