Is is possible to get an esata interface? Esata is suppost to be like 4 times the speed of firewire.

The only eSata devices are hard drives. Midi's a pretty basic language that doesn't need much bandwidth beyond USB 2.0 and Firewire for instantaneous communication.

yeah but dont you still get some latency with USB?!?

It's negligible. If you have a good interface, and if your computer is vaguely modern and can handle whatever software plugin you've installed, then there's no real delay when recording MIDI. This is even less of an issue if you use step recording.
