looks nice, i dont know much about GK tho, make sure you at least try it out

EDIT: by the way 125W isnt that much for gigging, you need more like 300

false, I've gigged with a 90watt bass amp.

And I've heard that amp is really bad, very quiet and the tone sucks. But that's just word of mouth, go try one for sure.

Unless you are going to run through the PA, its not going to cut it on the wattage. You will barely get above the guitars and a laid back drummer.

You need to look at least 200 W, more if you can afford more headroom in your budget.

And I have never been impressed with GK's low end stuff. Don't make the same mistake I made in purchasing an entry level GK.

just for the record, my bass player used to use a 50 watt bass amp, un-mic'd. it was plenty loud.
back in the old days, when they didnt make 300 watt monsters, bass players would face the speakers at the wall behind the band. it would bounce off the wall and spread throughout the place. it works very well, very big sound. wouldnt work if you played lots of intricate and syncopated bass lines.

Thank you for the feedback about the amp. I'm definitely going to test them out but I want to see if anyone her recommends them.

How about this:
