Dark Side of the Moon. Yes, the entire album. All at once. You can't just listen to one song.
Songs off of The Wall can be listened to all at once as well, but it's not as necessary as Dark Side is. Comfortably Numb is a GREAT song.

The whole Dark Side of The Moon Album
Traben Array Custom 5-String
Acoustic 170 Combo
Line 6 Bass Pod

The entire Damnation album by Opeth.

I Got Five On It, by Luniz.

Burn One Down, by Ben Harper.

This Joint, by Slightly Stoopid.

Betterman, Ocean, or Zebra, by John Butler Trio. Most songs by them, really.

Just for starters, anyway...

Pink Floyd is good, and most reggae. I wouldn't want to meet the dude who doesn't enjoy burning one down to Toots and the Maytals.

Zeppelin were always the ultimate high band for me. Que up in this order: "Communication Breakdown", "Dazed and Confused", "How Many More Times". That was the ultimate for me, especially on the Led Zeppelin live DVD where they play that on Denmark TV.

High or not, for a few different kinds of chill, I'd recommend...

-Kyuss
-Monster Magnet's album Tab 13
-Zombi
-Any jazz (particulaly "cool jazz": Coltrane's Giant Steps and Blue Train and Davis' Kind of Blue are good starting points)
-Dead Can Dance's first album
-Hawkwind
-Brian Eno

Get the album called "The Mollusk" by Ween, it will change your life. Also, as mentioned, Dark Side of the Moon (Pink Floyd), any Bob Marley, and you need to get the album "Mesmerizing the Ultra" by an artist called Bassnectar, good ****.

Anything with an organ.

Seriously, Allman Brothers, its the pinnacle of organ and guitar jamming.

In Memory of Elizabeth Reed, Mountain Jam, Les Brers in A Minor, all out there.

Jam bands and techno are really the greatest to listen to, might I suggest watching that Daft Punk movie, or moe. Yeah actually moe., since there's a bit of reggae in there, too.

And of course Pink Floyd Live at Pompeii.

One of these Days FTW.

Why would you put a flame shield on for a jazz song? Check out any Joe Pass and NHØP video

Regardless, Live at E's by Sublime

Back in the 70's I decided to take all the frets off Jaco's Bass thinking he would play worse. Man did that backfire.
