Yeah, they will. It's just F-spaced have a slightly wider string spacing for fender and floyd trems. Regualr humbuxkers will still work fine on a trem guitar though.

I think actually F spaced is only for floyd roses, where as you can use regulas on a fender trem but not on a FR? May be?

you can also use regular spaced HBs for floyd equipped guitars although the strings wont be aligned at the pole pieces. F-spaced pickups are commonly used for any trem (vintage or double locking) equipped guitars and guitars with 43mm nuts.
