can anyone tell me how to play two videos at the same time in one video?

Most of the higher end programs can do that, mainly the ones with many video layers on the timeline.

I use Premiere Pro CS3 from Adobe and did that, check out "Music Video" or the latest "The Basics of Green Screen" on my youtube for examples.

Basically you put the second video track down, lower the ratio and that will make the video smaller on the screen. Move it where you want it and you're done.

Movie Maker can do this but you need some type of code to add to the FX list from what I have been told...
