1. i have an rr3 with a licensed floyd i was wondering if i could swap it with an ofr if i wanted to ive heard licensed floyds dont hold up as well
2. would i need to get a new nut or are they all the same?
3.whats up with the sustain plate?

1. I don't think people have had many problems with RR3s from what i've seen.
2. The current one should be fine, unless it's worn or something.
3. Idk what that is.

Honestly unless it's giving you problems i wouldn't switch it right now.

yes you can switch out to ofr, which is better. dunno about the nut.

1. Jackson LFRs are probably the best LFRs out there, no need to swap it out for an OFR unless it's giving you problems.

2. No new nut is required unless the current one is worn.

3. With a Floyd Rose, the recess that has to be cut out of your guitar reduces the sustain and makes the tone slightly thinner, with the sustain plate, you can achieve more sustain, if it's a good one, you can get as much sustain as a fixed bridge guitar.

yeh jacksons arent bad liscensed floyds
i have found the feel very different to me than the orginal floyd but not bad

alson unless the nut is cheap and crap it should be fine

just be aware of the soft metals on licensed floyds
