I didn't see one of these, so I figured I'd start it.

I personally think that Motörhead is one of the most underrated metal bands there is. I'd bet that 80% of people who claim to be Motörhead fans only know "Ace of Spades." It is a great song, but in my opinion, they have better ones. Iron Fist, Overkill, Orgasmatron, Dead Men Tell No Tales, The Hammer, all awesome songs.

DISCUSS.
Next thing you know, they'll take my thoughts away...

I can't call myself a Motorhead fan because I have not heard most of the albums. The ones I have heard (only two, forget the names) were great.

Just 'Cos You Got the Power is one of THE best songs ever made.

The epicness of the lyrics of their self-titled song alone make them one of my favourite bands.

Sunrise, wrong side of another day,
Sky high and six thousand miles away,
Don't know how long I've been awake,
Wound up in an amazing state,
Can't get enough,
And you know it's righteous stuff,
Goes up like prices at Christmas,
Motorhead, You can call me Motorhead, alright

Brain dead, total amnesia,
Get some mental anasthesia,
Don't move, I'll shut the door and kill the lights,
And if I can't be wrong I could be right,
All good clean fun,
Have another stick of gum,
Man, you look better already,
Motorhead, Remember me now Motorhead, alright

Fourth day, five day marathon,
We're moving like a parallelogram,
Don't move, I'll shut the door and kill the lights,
I guess I'll see you all on the ice,
I should be tired,
And all I am is wired,
Ain't felt this good for an hour,
Motorhead, Remember me now, Motorhead alright

I don't know any other metal band who has used parallelogram in a song.
I was at the chiropractor's a couple days ago. We're talking, and he asks me what kind of music I listen to. Turns out my chiropractor is a huge Overkill fan.

Hopefully he won't wreck your neck

An epic song, indeed. (although technically, it's not self titled because it doesn't have the dots over the o...)

He rhymed "amnesia" with "anesthesia." EPIC ASS-KICKERY.

I did use the search bar. Didn't find a Motorhead thread.

I guess I could have missed it though. I'll go check again.
