I bought an old Arbor mini v kind of guitar the other day and I'm completely reworking it with some rockish pickups, new electyronics, hardware, blah blah blah. Anyway it had an old school creme colored duncan invader in the neck (crazy I know) and this strange rail pick-up in the bridge. It sounds amazing, and I think its a duncan too, but I couldn't find anything close to it. It looks like it is from the 80's? The rails are pretty wide and are arched above the pickup to match the fretboard.

I threw some pictures up on my storage myspace account if anyone wants to check it out.

Just click on pics under the profile picture, and please ignore the crappy background music.

If anyone has any ideas I'd really appreciate it.

Thanks,

MOst likely if its from the 80''s its gotta be an X2N from DiMarzio.

My thoughts too, especially if there's an Invader in the neck.
Then there's this band called Slice The Cake...

Bunch of faggots putting random riffs together and calling it "progressive" deathcore.
Stupid name.
Probably picked "for teh lulz"
