Thought this'd be pretty cool. Name the oldest things in your house.

Old, black kettle - 1800's
TV cabinet - 1910...?
My acoustic guitar - 1935
Dad's Austin A35 - 1958
My book of classic F1 - 1967
Dad's Chevy Camaro - 1969

I thought this would be funny to post.

I was beaten to it.

It's actually true, now that I think about it. My mom has some of her dad's ashes, I guess that counts.

You have a TV cabinet that predates publicly available television by some 25 years.

Must have been some forward thinking carpenters in your family.
And yet, to me, what is this quintessence of dust? Man delights not me: no, nor woman neither... nor women neither.

I have a rock paper weight ... pretty sure it's had a couple million on the clock.

It's a big cabinet that we put the TV on.

Bits of my house are around 300 years old, but I'm not sure the walls count. There are some antique dictionaries and a very old Shakespeare anthology that are pretty damn old.

Awesome

Actually thinking about it I have a few ammonite fossils somewhere - they're more than 100 million years old.

The Village I live used to be part of a series of prehistoric lakes, now huge chalk fields. When our house footing were dug, they found a huge vertibrate from some sort of dinosaur for sure, its ****ing huge... about 10 inches by 15, its fossilised of course, but it looks just like bone. I have a feeling it could have been from one of those huge whale things. must be a few million years old.
