Great review Gabe. Excellent quality head for the price. I loved the 60'70's rock tones.

Eiter it's me but I think that I have an accent similar to that of Captain Slow (aka James May) from Top Gear!

I would agree with that. Also, your voice sounds as mature as you are on UG (Very! And Serious!)

First time i've seen you gabel. I always imagined you as some 40 year old, heh. (Compliment... i guess?)

Nice review.

Well it's kind of fun, I'm not even a grown up yet and still has some of the highest knowledge of people here!

Ha Ha Ha - that was Great Gabe!

Great review and yes you should consider broadcasting. Just goes to show you that you can't judge a person by their age. It was nice to see someone playing Smoke...correctly. I look forward to your Rocker30 review.

Well actually the title was more as a joke. And my voice comes from having played theater since I was seven. But yeah I've actually been considering voiceover stuff at times!

And Dark Aribter, sure!

Wow, that sounds pretty damn good. And the amp's alright too!
I wish I could make an amp, but I'd definitely screw it up.

Sweet stuff, Gabe. Has the exact tone that I would like. Kinda wish I had one now

^You're not alone. Actually I really love this amp. With the speaker switch it became awesome. Plus I'm ordering my power scale this week!

I was speaking with Gabe earlier, he is very busy, and has limited time to make video reviews, so don't hope for too much. But Rocker 30 review soon
#27
Maybe I should do a video review of my CBB once I get some new speakers in it.
Too bad I only have a digital camera for video recording

^ Shame. I would do a video review of my DSL401, but only can record with a webcam and the webcam mic.

Well I've promised a Rocker review, don't worry about that! I'll do the OCD and Fulldrive too, I promise! Actually I can generally do them on the weekends so it's cool!

Is that a Marshall circuit? It definitely sounds like a Marshall 18 watter.

Either way, great work!
#32
Hey, Hollywood! Nice video, very well done. I can't believe the tone I heard (the amp, not you, smart ass !). The Led Zep was dead on. Just great tone across the board. I have to check those guys out some more, esp since I live only 2 hours away from Brown Note! Now I understand why you wanted the info about them!

You do have a great narrative voice. Can you sing?

Looking forward to the R30 demo!

That is exactly what it is. It even says in the comment. It's just the normal channel however, which is the one I care for!

Moss Hudson from Brown Note checked it and said:
"Hey Gabe,
That's awesome!
I love it!
I'd love to see you post that on 18watt.com and the gear page.
You're getting great tone!
Best,
Moss"

That video is awesome. It's even better if you put &fmt=18 in the URL. It makes the video high quality. It takes away some of Youtube's compression.

I made a comment but all in all it was me $750 for the amp. However keep in mind I had to pay shipping which was over $100 and import taxes which were also over $100.
